Tournament dates:
- Spring bank holiday – 27TH May
Tournament levels:
- (OPEN) usually top 2 divisions
- (MID) usually div2-4
- (LOW) usually div5 and below
- (GEN LOW) usually bottom 2 divisions
The tournaments are running for the following age groups U7 – U8 – U9 – U10 and we are aiming to accommodate for all players levels and team ability’s. We aim to keep the tournaments as competitive as possible on an equal playing field.

Payment will secure your place into the tournament, you will also be added into a WhatsApp group within a week of entering the tournament. No refunds are given unless it is the organisers responsibility

Spectator fee:
There will be a fee on the day
£4 / attending registered player – This is inclusive of multiple family members / friends with no charge on the gate. If you can collect all player fees before KO (cash preferred or card payment accepted on the day)
To be paid to a member of HQH staff in the hub café
for eg. 5 players x £4 = £20
Fixtures:
Will be released on the day at the meeting with a pitch plan
Match time:
Predicted minutes are as follows depending:
U7 & U8: 10-12 min
U9 & U10: 12-15 min
U11 & U12: 15-20 min
Format:
We always aim to have a cup and plate format in every tournament so if it is an even amount of teams for eg. 8 team tournament with x2 groups of 4 the top 4 placed teams will qualify for the cup and 5th-8th will go into the plate. This information will be produced either in the WhatsApp group or print out on the day
